Being a Fashionista of sorts, My love for Makeup and SkinCare products is as big as my love for shoes! I have very sensitive skin and I am limited to what I can apply to my face and skin. As you can see, the products listed are not at all expensive, but they work just as good if not better, than those of leading Department Store brands. I have tried all kinds and types, expensive department store brands and non-expensive drugstore brands. You have to find the product that works best for you and your particular skin type and tone. Sometimes breakouts are not caused by the products that you use, but sharing the products you use with others. Bacteria grows everywhere and anywhere, including on makeup brushes, counters, and those who you allow to utilize your makeup mechanicals.

So.........choose products that are great for your skin type and skin tone. Products that produces the results that you are seeking. It will be a task of shopping around, testing, and choosing. Do not make this task difficult, after all it is your face and skin that’s at stake and you want to put your best face forward!

Ladies.......Steve Madden and Michael Antonio are two of the most talented designers of affordable high-heels. If you are anything like me, you get lots of joy out of a nicely made 4-Inch Heel. I just love them to death! Anyway, being a fashionista of sorts myself, I am always looking and researching new and different styles, whether it be shoes, clothing, handbags, makeup and skincare items. So........as I always advise my clients, before you attempt to purchase and walk in a high-heel, you will need to practice first. FASHIONS FOR WOMEN 40 YEARS YOUNG OR BETTER!

Ladies.......just because you are 40 Years Young or better, does not mean that dressing sexy is out of the question for you. There are many, many fashionable designs out there that will compliment and enhance your best features and assets. So stop choosing clothing to "look young" and choose clothing that will make you "look polished."

The first thing..... is to always choose clothing that fit your particular body type and choose your correct size. Just because your friend has an outfit in a size 4 and you are a size 10 and they make the outfit in your size, doesn’t mean that you should wear it. More than likely, the outfit will not look that great on you, and vice versa. Fashions for Women 40 Years Young or better, are sexier and more polished than ever. There are so many choices. Yes, please get yourself a pair of Skinny Jeans, heck yeah get yourself a nice mini-dress and some rockin’ stilettos. There is no need to skimp, nor be shy about deciding on wardrobe choices that you feel and know will look great on you. Just make sure that whatever you choose is in good taste, and fits your body type and true personality type flawlessly. Some Women 40 Years Younger or better, usually go for a more youthful look, but you want to be taken seriously.........right? These days everything is about looking younger......and for what purpose? Why not try looking your vibrant, beautiful, and mature age for a change. What is so wrong with that? Some women age very beautifully, but if you keep choosing youthful clothing, having facial techniques and procedures done to change your appearance, lip injections, and so on and so forth, you’ll all just look the same. Be an Individual!

Second thing......some great Classic Pieces for Women 40 Years Young or better to add to her Wardrobe are: Tailored Classic-Cut Trousers or Slacks, Flat Front Trousers or Slacks, also think about choosing a Wide-Leg pair, as they offer a more high fashion look and feel. Jackets/Blazers..........choose a three-button cuff with a three-button front entry, and traditional notched lapels, that way you will look more polished and sophisticated; and always make sure the fit is comfortable for you. You should update your Casual Wardrobe with a perfectly fitting pair of vintage washed skinny dark jeans, and a boot-cut jean with a distressed look also in dark denim. Dark denim can be dressed up or down and they are wonderful to experiment with.

Lastly......I always advise my clients to "Dress According To Their True Personality Types" and so should you. Experiment with different styles, colors, and design patterns. You never know what new look, image, and trend a Woman 40 Years Young or better can set-off.

Dressing For Power And Authority!

Career-Driven, Ambition-Focused, and Authoritative........does these character traits describe you or lay down a foundation of the person that you want to become? If so...........you have to start with your Image.

Your Image is the most important part of who you are. It tells those around you, how you see and feel about yourself. You should always dress according to your True Personality Type, which in turn, accurate assessments will be formed about you. If you are one of the Career-Driven Women, you know that in order to advance in your career, you must also look the part. If you are an Executive and you manage others, not wearing your Power Suits will display to others that you may feel incompetent in your abilities, and they will probably not take you serious at all. But, when you wear your Power Suits To Work, Walk Confidently, and Communicate With Authority, you will seem a bit intimidating, but the respect will be commanded, without you having to say one word.

Dressing for Power and Authority is a breeding ground for Self-Confidence. When you look good, you feel great...it is just a natural part of human nature. With Self-Confidence you can communicate well with others, you can compliment others without feeling threatened, and most of all, you will believe that you can do the job that requires you to wear your Power Suit. Just don’t allow the Power Suit to wear you.

When choosing your Power Suits, you must make sure that they are tailored to fit your particular body type almost perfectly (I never believe anything is quite perfect without flaws)! Choose colors that compliment your skin tone, and patterns and designs that accentuates your best features. Never wear loud and obnoxious colors, keep it Professional in Power Colors such as Black, Gray, Brown, Navy, and White. It is okay to incorporate sexy pieces into the Power Suit, so that you will not appear too stuffy. For Example: Wearing A Sexy V-Neck, Lacy Camisole, or a Nice Silk Shirt with wonderful collars can add a bit of sensuality with the conservatism.

Whatever you choose as your Power Suit, make sure you are Confident in your choice and that it meshes well with your True Personality Type!

Is Your Image An Accurate Assessment of Your True Personality Type?

Do you dress according to how you feel on any given day? or Is your wardrobe stocked with clothing that fits your True Personality Type?

Dressing according to how you feel can be both good and bad. Bad: If you are feeling crappy and don’t want to deal with people, others will take notice. So don’t go shopping when you’re feeling this way. The Sales Associate will most likely ignore you anyway because of the way you are dressed, and pay more attention to the well-dresses happy person; which in turn, will leave you feeling more crappier than you felt before leaving your house. Good: If you are feeling happy and your outer appearance displays what you are feeling, everyone around you will notice and you day will be much easier and less stressful.

I always tell my clients to "Dress According To Your True Personality Type." If your Personality Type is one of Seriousness, you will more than likely have a conservative wardrobe, showing very little skin, if any at all. If your Personality Type is Sexual and Sensual, most of your clothing will probably consists of deep v-neck cut shirts, tight jeans, everything fits you and you look very polished, as opposed to looking sleazy.

We all have our own True Personality Types, and we are the only ones who really know how we are, who we are, and what we want to become. If you do not know your True Personality Type, take a few minutes, hours, or however long you need, to go back to those times you felt happiest, peaceful, and certain in your life. We all have them, and sometimes it takes digging a little deep to really find out "Who We Really Are."

I recommend that people dress according to their True Personality Types for the following reasons: A). If you are of high-maintenance and always polished to perfection, it will show from the way that you carry yourself, to the type of places you frequent, and the types of people that you associate yourself with. B). If you are more laid-back in the way that you dress, and don’t like all the fuss of getting dressed to go out to most places (sweats, sneakers, no makeup, etc.), a high-maintenance personality type maybe a bit much for you, and you wouldn’t frequent the same places as a high-maintenance person.

Whatever your True Personality Type, make sure it is really who you are and not what others want you to be. If you feel comfortable wearing sweats, sneakers, and so on and so forth, then by all means, do what makes you feel good and vice versa. Everyone has their own preferences in the way that they desire to look. Who Are Others To Judge!
